So now, for our first post, I am going to talk about one of the most famous decks, Royal Paladin. Yep, this deck has brought Aichi to win games and enter lots of tournaments. In the real world, Royal Paladin has also take an important part in Vanguard, as it is one of the five main clan. If you guys wonder what are the rest of the main clans, they are Royal Paladin, Oracle Think Tank, Kagerou, Nova Grephler, and Shadow Paladin.
And now, this deck is what I'm currently playing now and I guess its the only topic I have for discussion since Its my first post :)My motto is to Always Play consistent decks, so I always use
A card that is good as vanguard and alsoas a rearguard. And what I am thinking is, I dont like to use Godspeed Galahad as it must be as vanguard and must have the lvl 1 and lvl 2 for it to be 11k. If not the card is just a mere 9k only? ~_~ Why I say its inconsistent? In Royal Paladin, there are not much cards that can be used to soul charge. If you have the grade 2 and grade 3, but there isnt any grade 1, it is a hassle to soul charge the grade 1 except if you are using lohengrin. but it also takes time. Compared to OTT Tsukuyomi, Full moon has an effect that if you have 6 OTT souls, you can draw 2 and soul charge 1 card from your hand. Its really easy to complete the full set as there are a lot of cards to soul charge, like Red eye, CEO and the Full Moon effect itself. You can just soul charge the missing piece of the set from your hand.
And for me, Royal Paladin must be played in a way that all the Rearguard must be able to hit the 21k barrier. That's why i always prefer Alfred and SSD. This is my Royal Paladin Deck List...
Grade 3(8)
2 King of Knights, Alfred
2 Soul Saver Dragon
4 Burning Swordsman, Baromedes
Grade 2(11)
3 Knight of Silent, Galatin
4 Blaster Blade
2 Akane
2 Gordon
Grade 1 (14)
2 Maiden Lien
4 Marron
3 Borngal
2 Toypoogal
3 Isolde
Grade 0 (17)
4 Epona
4 Liew
4 Margal
4 Elaine
1 Bluegal
well Actually we all know that *Barkgal is better than bluegal but since Barkgal cannot be use as starter VG anymore its kinda useless. I know its kinda weird but you can try or you can edit by your own style :)
Palo = So Strong
SSD= Confirm Strong
Alfred = Ok, and its good to play Alfred since this deck focuses on boosting rearguard first. Without any boosts behind alfred, Alfred himself already has an attack power of 18k(behind empty, the rest all occupied), so basically you can focus on your rearguard first, while having Alfred with 18k attack is already high. By the time, you can soul charge borngal, and next turn ride SSD as you will have 5 souls if you count properly
Blaster = Kill All Those Annoying Card(Toms, Jugg Maximum and Baromedes, killing intercepters also for your beautiful Final Turn)
Grade 0 galahad, Grade 1 galahad, grade 2 galahad but no grade 3? Why? Because if I use bluegal, the soul when you ride alfred or SSD is just 2 souls, and when you soul charge borngal, there are only 3 souls. You need to soul charge 1 more card to reach 4 souls, and when you ride another SSD, you will have just nice 5 souls. But if you play the grade 0-2 galahad, you will just have to soul charge 1 card to have 5 souls(with grade 3 on the VG other than SSD). And also, Galahad gives you a chance to get a +1 and its an anti missgrade card.
Deck's History = -(used by IoSMk while I was judging)Won CardMaster Tournament 5 times in a
row without even losing a single match.
-(used by IoSMk while I was using my OTT Tsukuyomi and get 2nd)Won
everyone in AFA except lost to my own OTT Tsukuyomi and IoSMk couldn't get
to top 8 just because he lost to me. Its kind of an unfair pairing afterall.
Hope you enjoy it :)
